We asked Tom with Auto Gate Pros to evaluate our electric gates. One side has sagged a little and we didn’t know if it needed to be adjusted and what our options were to fix the gate. After discussion with Tom, we decided to put off fixing until it became a problem. Tom was on time, pleasant, knowledgeable and refreshing to experience. He was honest in explaining our options and certainly never tried to sell us a service unnecessarily. Very refreshing to encounter such frankness in today’s environment. We would heartily recommend Tom for gate projects and will certainly call him in the future when needed.

Automatic Gate Pros was a very positive experience from start to finish. We had to fix the arm mechanism on our front gate & replace the lock. While completing that, they noticed some of our gate hinges were broken so they replaced those too. Competitive bids, great work & all done quickly & efficiently. Highly recommend Automatic Gate Pros.

I had a great experience working with Tom. I loved the way he shared a troubleshooting approach and isolated the fault in my controller box. He was able to fix the issue in a short time but able to come back tomorrow and, per my request, replace our backup batteries.

Tom came out to help fix my gate and quickly diagnosed the issue as electrical. He had it repaired in no time. What really impressed me was his honesty - he had purchased a part thinking we'd need it, but when it turned out we didn't, he insisted on not charging me for it. I couldn't be happier with the service and highly recommend!

Automatic Gate Pros built a rolling gate and surrounding fence for our home. The project went very well and I’m happy with the outcome. I will look to use them again for any similar work and am happy to recommend them here.

My project involved building a new steel rolling gate, trenching and laying down a thirty-foot concrete track, and a chain drive motor. Around the 16-foot gate was 34 feet of redwood fencing.

Jordan, the sales rep and project manager, was responsive and easy to work with. He scheduled the project to meet our needs and around some tricky weather. He checked in with me to ensure I was happy with the design and made sure the wood and lattice matched our property. And Alejandro and the crew did good work. I was happy with the build quality. They were nice to people, left the site clean, and were respectful of our neighbors.

These folks replaced my underpowered motor with a nice new one that’s twice as powerful. Has a battery back up. It starts and stops gently has a sensor so it doesn’t run over anybody and has an app so I can control it from my phone. They worked really hard were kind and considerate clearly quite skilled and got the job done right on the first try I recommend going with them if you have the need for services or installations on a gate.

I had a great experience working with Automatic Gate Pros at my home in Los Altos Hills, and I can’t recommend them enough. Jordan was extremely professional from start to finish and showed exceptional attention to detail throughout the entire project.

Communication was clear, consistent, and honest — Jordan took the time to explain every step, answered all my questions, and made sure everything was done exactly right. You can tell he truly cares about the quality of his work.

The new gate and automation system they installed looks amazing and works flawlessly. The craftsmanship, precision, and technology are top-notch, and it completely upgraded both the look and functionality of the property.

If you’re looking for a reliable, skilled, and communicative gate company in Los Altos Hills, Automatic Gate Pros is the way to go. Outstanding service and results.

I needed to replace the double operators on my gate and when I started calling around I was impressed with the responsiveness of Tom. He definitely seemed more knowledgable and familiar with my current operators vs someone else I spoke with. Once I confirmed I wanted to go ahead with installing new operators, the parts were ordered and installed within the time frame promised. The installer was efficient and knowledgeable and when I detected an issue within the first couple of days Tom was right on it and got it corrected the same day. Everything working as promised! I was very pleased with the level of service.
